A mission-oriented and purpose-driven leader who has built and led successful multibillion-dollar, major multinational companies around the world with depth of expertise in technology, consumer, and medical industries. A career spanning integral leadership positions at companies including Kraft Heinz, Coca-Cola, and Anheuser-Busch InBev, with one constant – enthusiasm for being an industry disrupter, building lasting foundations, and an unwavering commitment to serving others.
Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for ProHawk AI, a leading AI-enabled computer vision company and partner to Dell and NVIDIA with broad military, security, law enforcement, and other sector applications. Served as CEO for a number of public and private equity backed companies and was recognized as CEO Innovator of the Year in 2021. Prior to running PE-backed companies, was the Chief Commercial Officer, Zone President, and a Board Member at AB InBev where we created the world’s largest beer company. Before InBev, was a President in Latin America for The Coca-Cola Company and started in business at Kraft Heinz where we launched Kraft in China in addition to leading a number of businesses around the world.
Began career as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army and served in various combat arms leadership capacities in the First Cavalry Division. Following Combat Arms roles, was selected as the Future Concepts Officer for Air Defense and spearheaded numerous compartmentalized and top-secret initiatives, receiving numerous decorations to include two Meritorious Service Medals, two Army Commendation Medals, the Army Achievement Medal, and other awards through the military career before being honorably discharged after reaching the rank of Captain.
Dedicated to service and creating positive change, started the Alianza Social in Latin America, an organization to combat poverty and other social issues. Created over 30,000 micro-empresas to help underprivileged families in the region, donated more than 1 million how to read books to combat illiteracy, and created alternative income opportunities versus the drug trade in problematic Latin American markets. Awarded the Presidential Medal of Exemplary Service for our efforts and was also voted an Outstanding Young Man of America and one of the Top CEOs in Latin America.
