We saw a huge gap in incomes and opportunities between the haves and have nots in Latin America. So, we created the Alianza Social. The alliance combined the interests of Business, the Church, and Government to align efforts to overcome social injustice and change the course of millions of people in need of support and opportunity.

A first of its kind initiative anywhere, we helped so many families, so many impoverished groups, and created renewed hope in s struggling country. 20 years after its inception, it is still making a difference, at a time when it is needed more than ever.

More than 90% of all 380B tons of plastics produced each year end up in landfills or the ocean. At Vaya Space, we developed the technologies to convert plastic waste into rocket fuel, using >2MM recycled thermoplastics per launch - converting into mostly water vapor.

We were recognized as a Global Ambassador by the Green Organization awarded at the House of Commons at Parliament for our environment impact and efforts.

Almost 1B people do not have access to clean drinking water and over 5,000 die each day from water borne illnesses, with most of the issues spanning four markets - Africa, India, Mexico, and China.

We partnered with Water is Life, one of the world's largest water charities, to make a difference, expand their impact, and place Sun Spring systems (plug-n-play, wind/solar powered filtration systems for small communities) to markets around the world.

It is working, but there is so much left to do, on what is a very solvable issue.

1 in 10 children are separated from their families, abandoned, neglected or forced to live in an abusive environment, growing up without the support they need to prepare themselves for their future.

We were one of the largest exporters and income providers for farmers in French Polynesia. Given our position, we felt it was our responsibility to give back more to the community,

So we sponsored the largest orphanage in the area to provide safety, security, housing and education for children as an extension of our do something good initiative.

SOS Villages now spans more than 130 countries, and support over 80,000 children worldwide.

We saw an opportunity to augment the opportunities for highly skilled talent by taking a leadership role in apprenticeships in our home market of the Space Coast of Florida. We did not do it for the credit, we did it because we felt it was the right thing to do.

We anchored a program in the aerospace industry that was recognized by the White House for our contributions, efforts, and positive impact for multiple apprentices that have gone on to accept new opportunities with leading companies in the aerospace and defense industry.

Homelessness, especially amongst veterans is reaching near epidemic proportions, and with rising costs of living, the problem is only getting worse.

More than 1/2 a million people in the US are homeless, and in our local market, it increased over 5% versus the prior year.

To make a small difference in our local market, we contributed our time, money, effort of our associates and use of our facilities to the Housing for the Homeless initiative.

Many kids from low income families rely on schools for their meals. Sometimes, the meals kids get at school are their only meals.

1 in 8 households with children do not have enough money for food and in certain segments of US society that number is closer to 1 in 5.

We partnered with the Children's Hunger Project donating time, money, people and other support to provide meals and other essential items to help overcome some of these children's basic subsistence challenges.

>70% of the population in Latin America lived in barrios or favelas at the time, and kids averaged a 3rd grade education. The educational system was broken exacerbating an already massively unequal wealth distribution. And, unemployment/underemployment in many of the countries approached 50%, leading many of the kids to turn to the drug trade

As one of the largest companies in the region, we gave back. We created >30,000 microempresas (jobs) in the barrios to provide income and hope and alternatives to the drug trade.

We used the new infrastructure to then donate >1MM how to read books to overcome the broken educational infrastructure, and were awarded the Presidential Medal of Exemplary Service for our efforts.
